By using Lumaris or purchasing a reading, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+.
2. What Lumaris provides
Personalized astrology readings computed from your birth data using astronomical (Swiss Ephemeris) calculations, plus optional Lumaris+ subscription content.
3. Entertainment disclaimer
Lumaris readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. Astrology is not scientifically proven. Our readings are NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on your reading. You use Lumaris at your own discretion.
4. Accuracy of inputs
Your reading depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. We’re not responsible for readings affected by inaccurate inputs.
5. Pricing & payment
Individual readings are priced as shown at checkout (e.g., $19; anchor prices reflect our standard list price). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change; the price shown at purchase applies to that purchase.
6. Money-back guarantee & refunds
One-time readings are covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, email [email protected] within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Lumaris+ subscriptions
Lumaris+ bills on a recurring basis (weekly/monthly/yearly) at the price shown at signup. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges. Any free-trial terms are disclosed at signup. Renewal terms are shown next to the payment button before you confirm.
8. Intellectual property
Your reading is generated for your personal use. The Lumaris platform, engine, and content are our property.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumaris is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
11. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Governing law / changes / contact
