Lumaris (“we,” “us”) operates trylumaris.com and provides personalized astrology readings for entertainment and self-reflection.
2. What we collect
- Birth data you provide: Date, time, and place of birth, and quiz answers — used solely to compute your chart and generate your reading.
- Account data: Your email address (for magic-link login and delivering your reading).
- Payment data: Processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
- Usage data: Pages viewed, quiz steps, and events, to improve the product.
3. How we use it
To compute your chart and generate and deliver your reading; to send login links and reading-related emails; to process payments and refunds; and to improve Lumaris. If you subscribe to Lumaris+, to send the transits and affirmations you opted into.
4. What we do NOT do
We do not sell your birth details or personal data. We do not use your birth data for advertising targeting.
5. Sharing
Only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processing, email delivery, hosting), under confidentiality obligations.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies and privacy-conscious analytics to measure and improve the experience.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data (including GDPR/CCPA rights) by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond within the timeframes required by law.
8. Data retention
We keep your reading and account data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations; you can request deletion at any time.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method is 100% secure.
10. Children
Lumaris is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
